You get one chapter here because the entire book is included with the Certificate and the Fellowship, alongside the questions that cover it. Finish Foundation and you earn a certificate you can download, free, as every certificate is.

Vinealto Somm Pro is included with the Certificate and stays with you through the Fellowship, so you can practise blind tasting and be told where you read the glass correctly and where you did not. It is a more precise and enhanced version of the Vinealto Somm, mapped closely to the Vinealto structured tasting grid, so what you practise on is the method you are examined on.
