We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC168256.

How to complain

If you are unhappy with how we collect, use, keep or share your personal data, tell us:

• by email to elise@vinealto.com, with "Data complaint" in the subject; or
• by post to the address above, marked "Data complaint".

Please give your name, the email address on your account if you have one, and what the complaint is about. If you need help to make a complaint, tell us.

What we do

1. We acknowledge your complaint within 30 days of receiving it.
2. We look into it. We take the steps needed to answer it properly, including making any enquiries, and we keep you told of our progress.
3. We tell you the outcome without undue delay: what we found and what we will do about it.

We keep a record of each complaint, what we did and the outcome.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection. This procedure does not affect that right.
