Learner protection plan

Vinealto awards are not regulated qualifications.

Why this plan exists

You give time and money to a course. This plan says what we will do to protect both if we ever stop offering a course, or stop trading.

If we stop offering a course

1. We tell you first. We will write to everyone on the course, plainly and promptly, with a contact and a statement of exactly what happens to them.
2. You can finish. The course stays open and the exams you are entitled to go ahead for at least 12 months from the day we tell you. Anyone already on the course can finish it and receive the award they earn.
3. Work you have completed counts. If you have completed a part of the course or passed an exam, you receive the certificate for it, even if you choose not to go on.
4. Full refunds. If you have paid for anything we do not then deliver, we refund it in full.
5. Moving on. We will try to arrange for another course provider to accept our learners. With your agreement, we will pass on the records of what you have achieved.
6. Your award can still be checked. We will arrange for the record of awards to be kept, so that anyone you show a Vinealto certificate to can still check it is genuine.

If we stop trading

The same six promises apply. We will make these arrangements before we close.
