The Bull at Broughton is a country dining pub near Skipton whose wine list runs well beyond the usual pub shortlist. The wine programme earns its place on a well-structured, style-banded list with genuinely serious bottles above the everyday tier, honest mid-range pricing, multiple serve sizes and a proper pudding-wine and Port offer, held back only by matching that is broad rather than engineered and communication that leaves the diner to choose.
