Cadiz is a New Town Spanish tapas and seafood restaurant that cooks Spain from a Scottish larder. Its wine programme is a cuisine-true, largely Spanish list whose standout is a sherry line — dry Fino and Manzanilla through to sweet Pedro Ximénez — poured by the glass and genuinely matched to the food.
