Castle Kitchen and Bar is the relaxed grill at Galgorm, cooking steaks, pub classics and a few bolder plates for resort guests and locals. Its short, familiar wine list pours eleven wines by the glass and keeps a few good bottles further up, though it does little to match wine to the food. It suits groups and families who want an easy glass with a steak more than diners in search of a wine list to explore.
