Collinsons is a long running Broughty Ferry restaurant serving a seasonal set dinner of Scottish fish, game and beef. Its list is sound and fairly priced, strongest in Champagne and a few characterful whites, though the choice by the glass is small. It suits diners who will share a bottle and want a calm, classic dinner close to Dundee.
