Collinsons is a long-established, family-run fine-dining restaurant in Broughty Ferry serving a refined seasonal set menu of modern Scottish cooking. Its wine list is classic and food-friendly rather than adventurous: a proper Champagne range, sensibly chosen French and Italian reds and whites, a house selection by the glass and a genuine run of dessert wines by the measure.
