Fratelli is a lively Italian restaurant and pizzeria in the heart of Belfast, handy for the theatre. Its mainly Italian list suits the food well enough and pours Champagne by the glass, but it shows no vintages, gives no pairing help and charges a lot at the lower end. It suits a group wanting a familiar Italian bottle with pizza or pasta more than a diner hoping to explore.
