Paysanne is a family run French bistro in Deganwy cooking country classics with plenty of fish. Its wine list is a personal one, built on a long link with a Languedoc estate, with honest prices, helpful notes and a real strength in sweet wines. It suits diners who like classic French food and a friendly, well priced list they can read without help.
