Raymond's is a Nottingham small plates restaurant and wine bar with a seasonal menu that runs from oysters and raw fish to wood fired meat. Its wide, modern list pours almost every wine by the glass and by the carafe at fair prices, with organic and biodynamic wines clearly marked.
