Veeno is a national Italian wine bar pouring the wines of a single Sicilian family estate alongside spuntino boards and a short menu of pizza and pasta. The wine programme is coherent and genuinely central, welcoming and easy to drink from, but narrow, strong on its own Sicilian story and thin on anything beyond it. It will suit a relaxed group who want honest Sicilian wine by the glass and a plate of something to share, rather than a drinker chasing range or a serious cellar.
