Tomato and cheese pasta bake
Tomato sauce brings sharp acidity and a little sweetness, and the melted cheese on top adds fat and salt. The wine needs at least as much acidity as the tomato, or it will taste flat, and only light tannin so the cheese stays soft and creamy.
