Wagyu beef cottage pie

Wagyu mince is richer and softer than ordinary beef, and the gravy beneath the mash is deep with savoury flavour. The wine needs ripe fruit and enough body to match, with tannin firm enough to cut the fat but not so firm that the gravy turns it bitter.
