Sticks'n'Sushi is a Danish Japanese chain serving sushi, sashimi and grilled sticks in London, Cambridge, Oxford and Manchester. Its list of aromatic whites, English sparkling and a serious sake selection is well matched to raw fish and soy, with 29 wines by the glass and helpful notes, though it leans on a few producers. It suits groups and families who want a reliable glass with good sushi.
